With over thirty years experience of tuning performance cars, car conversions, and building and racing cars in motorsport, Power Systems have a wealth of experience of what will and will not work in any planned conversion. We have developed sophisticated software to analyse the effect of planned performance changes to ensure they will be effective and value for money.

We have a clear philosophy. We advise the best way of getting value for money in terms of improved performance. We also recommend fitting only quality parts. As a result, we are not in the business of offering the cheapest deal around. We do, however, like to think that we give satisfaction to our customers by providing value for money improvements that work!

We also know that choosing the correct part is not enough. It also has to be properly fitted and set-up in order to gain the maximum benefit.

We specialise in the performance tuning of a wide range of vehicles, from the modest "grocery getter" right up to "full house" race cars. Large or small, car, van, bike or truck, we can make it go faster and handle and stop quicker than it can now.

We have a fully equipped workshop which includes an in house chassis dynamometer or "rolling road" as it is more commonly known. We have a comprehensive range of diagnostic equipment and can handle anything from a basic performance tune up to a full custom build of a bespoke car. We build and overhaul engines (V8's and twin cams a specialty), cylinder heads, gearboxes, diffs, propshafts, driveshafts, exhausts, suspensions and braking systems. We are also Scottish Agent for Frozen Solid deep cryogenic tempering of car parts to enhance strength, dimensional stability and extend wear life.

We also run a race car hire service, available at surprisingly affordable prices.

Power Systems are based in the Oil Capital of Europe - Aberdeen. Situated close to the airport at Dyce, the premises are easily reached by road, rail or air.
